Ederique “Chef E” Goudia is a Detroit-based chef, food systems advocate, and founder of In the Business of Food and Taste the Diaspora. She manages Eastern Market’s Shed 5 Incubator Kitchen, supporting under-resourced food entrepreneurs. A champion for sustainability, equity, and community wellness, her work has been featured in National Geographic, Bon Appétit, NPR, and the James Beard Foundation. She also serves on several nonprofit boards focused on food justice and community impact.
