She created TechTown Detroit’s Start Studio Discovery to support diverse tech entrepreneurs and served as Deputy CIO for the City of Detroit, leading tech for Super Bowl XL. Marlin is also a dynamic speaker featured at SXSW, Google, TEDx, and more.

Ederique “Chef E” Goudia is a Detroit-based chef, food systems advocate, and founder of In the Business of Food and Taste the Diaspora. She manages Eastern Market’s Shed 5 Incubator Kitchen, supporting under-resourced food entrepreneurs. A champion for sustainability, equity, and community wellness, her work has been featured in National Geographic, Bon Appétit, NPR, and the James Beard Foundation. She also serves on several nonprofit boards focused on food justice and community impact.

Morgan is an entrepreneur and brand strategist with expertise in small business idealization, development, and creative direction. She founded BARE BASICS in 2019, specializing in essential neutral clothing and lounge wear. Morgan also runs BB Creative Studio, where she provides business owners with the foundational tools and strategic guidance they need to start and grow their ventures. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build strong, sustainable businesses through hands-on support.
